Spring Trophy Fishing

Maryland's April and May trophy season is the best time in the upper bay for an opportunity to catch a striper 50" in length or more.

Summer/Fall

Summer/Fall:  This is the best time for light tackle opportunities catching rockfish (striped bass) with May, June and July being a good time for chumming. From July through early Fall we target rockfish into the 30" range drifting eels whenever it's productive. It's also a good time to bottom fish for perch, catfish and more.
Late Fall : Fish are schooling and fattening up for winter and some of the best trolling and jigging action can be found this time of year.
